On this episode of Food Allergy Talk, I welcome Debbie Nichols and Candice Matthis of Two Alpha Gals. Debbie and Candice both live in southwest Virginia and were diagnosed with alpha-gal syndrome a few months apart in 2019. After several scary and frustrating incidents, they set out to raise awareness and help others navigate this complicated and under-diagnosed condition.
In addition to Alpha Gal Syndrome, both Debbie and Candice have other food allergies.
Today we will get to know the duo known as the Two Alpha Gals, chat about autoimmune disorders, food allergies, and all things Alpha Gal Syndrome.
