She also manages his siblings lactose intolerance and gluten free diets. She is a published food allergy cookbook author, community advocate for passing food related legislation, certified Holistic Nutritionist, radio broadcaster of 10 years, and food allergy blogger. Kristin lives in Virginia with her husband and three sons all of whom have life-threatening food allergies to wheat, dairy, egg, peanut, tree nut, shellfish, and fish allergies. She also navigates life with children on the spectrum, ADHD, and asthma.
