She is a published food allergy cookbook author, community advocate for passing food related legislation, certified Holistic Nutritionist, radio broadcaster of 10 years, and food allergy blogger. Claire was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2010. Her symptoms, which included long-term severe anemia, GI problems, brain fog and more, revealed that she may have gone undiagnosed for decades.
