On this episode of Food Allergy Talk, I welcome Claire Baker, Senior Communications Director at Beyond Celiac, the leading celiac disease advocacy organization in the United States. 

Claire was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2010. Her symptoms, which included long-term severe anemia, GI problems, brain fog and more, revealed that she may have gone undiagnosed for decades. 

Today we will discuss with Claire celiac disease – what it is, symptoms, diagnosis and management. As well as Beyond Celiac and their role in the Celiac community.
